Exsim developer officially becomes a major shareholder

Exsim became the new parent company, and PMHLDG's stock price soared 61% today

Welcome to the new parent company Panma Holdings (PMHLDG, 1287, main board consumer stock). On Tuesday (March 12), its stock price soared 8.5 cents or 60.7%, closing 22.5 cents, and trading volume reached RM190 million, ranking third.

PMHLDG is an investment holding company that owns and operates the 200-room Corus Paradise Resort Hotel in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pengkalen Holiday Resort Sdn Bhd.

Last Friday (March 7), Lin Brothers, founder of Klang Valley developer EXSIM Group (EXSIM Group), bought 612 million shares, or 65.9% of PMHLDG's shares.

However, Loyal Design Sdn Bhd, MUI Media Ltd, and Megawise Sdn Bhd, owned by Malaysia Union Industries (MUIIND, 3891, main board consumer stock) controlled by Tan Sri Khoo Kay Peng (Tan Sri Khoo Kay Peng), are no longer shareholders.
Stock prices are bound to rise
