I have made 3 phone calls to Moomoo requesting the team to credit the 5.8% promotion coupon when my top up and subscription was done on 08 Sep 2023, the coupon should arrive by 17 Oct 2023. The 3 phone calls all confirmed I am eligible for the promotion but the operation team still failed to credit the coupon. I hope to see the coupon by tomorrow. Otherwise, I would like to file a case with MAS then!

Did you register at the promotion page before depositing at least 30K SGD and subscribing to the fund? As an existing user, you have to register first. If you took part in any 5.8%pa promotion previously, you are also not eligible.
