if manufacturing company that got profit that up and down but on average can only grow 5-10%, they cannot have high PE.
if they only be profitable 50% of Financial Year, the average profit should be zero. if their profit suddenly double, you also cannot buy with high PE. Unless you like a glove crash 2021/2022.
some of the examples are better than the others. if you are Hard Disk related then it is tougher.
