Personally, issuing new stocks will definitely be bearish for stock prices in the short term. Especially for investors who have bought expensive stocks in the past few days. However, if the money from these new stocks can be truly used to invest in real estate, and if the Chinese government continues to support real estate, it may not be a bad thing. But boosting the market like this, then immediately issuing new stocks, looks a bit unsightly.
