MY1996 OP RideTheTide : My understanding is that it causes further dilution of shares which is generally a bad news, bearing in mind that the company is authorised to issue up to 50 million shares. Absence of any credible news as to where will the money be spent (projects, contracts, etc), it is still a negative indication.
MY1996 OP RideTheTide : They are essentially mechanisms for raising capital. Which I am clueless as to why they only resort to mixed shelf after a few rounds of convertible noted, instead of starting off by mixed shelf.
