In a statement Friday, the CMA said Microsoft's restructured offer, which includes the sale of some game rights to French video game publisher Ubisoft Entertainment, eliminated the agency's antitrust concerns.
The CMA said the new acquisition proposal will be able to prevent Microsoft from easily dominating competition in the cloud gaming space as the market for cloud gaming expands, preserving competitive pricing and services for UK cloud gaming customers.
