Now, let’s go to the real issue. “Come back”, some of its synonyms are return, revival, & recover. A come back always starts from the “bottom”. Not at the top, not at the middle, but at the bottom. From being almost a penny to being almost a dime. I say it’s a good start.

Also, I said “might” and “could” which only expresses a possibility and not certainty.
