as I mentioned this is purely a crapshoot like going to the casino that this company hadn't filed their 10 q10k that they've got accounting issues the company said they're going to fix it that's the extent of the gist that I scanned and I took a shot.

now that I read over some things I feel compelled to disclose what I've learned because I don't want people risking their hard-earned money without seeing what I just read.

in a nutshell the company has been cooking their books for several years. the former CEO resigned in November who's been with the company for like a dozen years or so and obviously this guy is as thick as thieves and as dirty as they come because under his control they put the financials in the oven for 350 for 2 hours and cook them.
