I remembered there was a time when a broker told my family to buy SIA during circuit breaker. Most don't believe.
One of my family members who previously sold his flat and he went All In. Everyone was putting him down for a few months. He just ignore noises. Today, he is sitting on millions despite market fear.

stingers : I remember there was a time (2008) my broker ask me to buy SIA. I sold my house and all in at $15.22 { ATH than was about $20.00}. Even before circuit breaker SIA was trading at about $6 to $7. A 60% lost. Today I'm homeless

Most people nowadays like quick return and most will eventually encounter have quick losses. Roller-coaster ride if you have stomach to endure.

Btw he got more than a house. He All in his cash proceeds but he still have other income from other property rental.
