For short term traders

This is a story for short-term traders
There are opportunities for day trading before and after the stock merger.
We have seen many mergers of penny stocks, but as a common pattern
① Decline due to annexation decision → case where the purchase is on the short cover.
② A case where news such as PR comes out immediately after a stock merger and skyrockets.
③ A pattern where short cover and floating stocks are scarce a few days after merger decline.
Recently, VLCN has moved in a ③ pattern.
When FFIE is declining after the merger, or when stocks with similar stock mergers skyrocket, there is a possibility that they will get caught by screeners and traders will gather.
(It is preferable if the total market value and number of floating stocks are similar)
Even those who are losing money on this stock also have the option of getting back what they can get from date trading, so be flexible.

  • トモくんダディー : In the first place, the stock price itself is abnormally manipulated
With unusual short sales and throw sales
Nor do I feel like I'm not addicted to patterns (laughs)

Hopefully I want it to go up a lot and keep $1

  • みんみんみんぜみ OP トモくんダディー : Well, since it was made into a meme, you may feel that it is being manipulated somewhat violently. It's surprisingly common in the penny neighborhood. There are stocks that cause trouble like this once or two a year, such as TRKA, which has already been delisted.
Actually, date trading aimed at a rebound from 0.18$ to 0.33 in ① has already happened. Even with this alone, you can get +50%. Since it's a date trade, traders move in 1 minute or 5 minute increments, so it may be quite difficult to see a rebound on a daily basis...
