The exchange rate is in the low 142 yen range.

At this level, it seems like the Nikkei average could reach the mid-36,000 yen range, but if there is a further drop from tomorrow's futures closing price of 37,440, it would truly be a Ishiba shock, with elections disappearing, and it's likely to need to be managed.

In that case, if it continues to drop from tomorrow's opening price, there might be a short-term rebound.
