from what I understand a for D sale of debt is generally a positive? someone correct me if I'm wrong please :)

BeastMY : The company issuing bond etc to get in more cash and since it's on form D most likely it's a private borrower that didn't want to be disclosed. In short the company lacks funding.

BeastMY GOGOGREEN : I came across this post when I checked the company out because it had a higher post market movement. Looking at the chart, the selling pressure is there for quite some time and without sufficient volume. It's normal to TP if you buy it previously after a price surge but it's just my opinion
