Many people are saying that having good habits is more important than having good luck.
Actually, what are good habits in the end?
The good habits I personally believe include:
1. Go to bed and wake up early.
2. Eat until 80% full, and eat regularly.
3. Exercise regularly.
4. Leave some time for self-reflection.
Developing four abilities for yourself (and children):
1. The ability to plan time: not procrastinating, clear about what one is doing.
2. The ability to learn: knowing why one should learn, actively engaging in learning, and having a study plan.
3. The ability to manage finances: understanding how to earn, as well as how to spend, saving money as a habit.
Life is more about the unknown and the impermanent, but we can continue to explore different meanings.
Encouraging each other.
