Fractional share at a glance

is there a good trader who can show us how to optimize fractional share strategy and put to good use? i sincerely invite one to show . My strategy is to buy $Berkshire Hathaway-A (BRK.A.US)$ using fractional share and buy on monthly. hold like fix deposit and get it when u retire . haha .
