YT Jia has mentioned there is no plan to issue new shares or related unless shareholder approval. the 510m free float on Moomoo is misleading and incorrect.

Moomoo Lily : Dear mooer, According to the annual report released by FFIE this morning, the company now has 439,941,332 shares of common stock, consisting of 439,674,662 shares of Class A common stock and 266,670 shares of Class B common stock.
Furthermore, as disclosed in the Subsequent Events section on page 165 of the report, a portion of the principal and interest on the SPA loans has been converted into 398,600,000 shares of Class A common stock.
