FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index
DCRU will be included in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index with effect from 15 September 2023 (after market close).
Inclusion in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Index will enhance DCRU’s trading liquidity on the SGX as well as visibility to global institutional investors, atracting new capital inflows from global index funds.
The FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series is an international real estate investment index developed by FTSE Group.
