YappieLingo OP Moomoo Buddy : I think you have not got the facts right. The returns are received at 2:30pm SGT, which is about 2 hours plus later than usual. This incident is not normal.
It seems you have not done the proper checks and provided the incorrect response. This is misleading to the public viewing the information here.
