102437259 : @Moomoo Lily @Moomoo SG Can you provide an email? Explain why the value is negative
Moomoo Lily : Hi, @Moomoo Buddy Please help!
Moomoo Buddy 102437259 : Dear client, this Cash management fund mainly invest in relatively safe monetary instruments such as government short-term bonds and fixed-time bank deposit certificates and etc. But the fund house does not guarantee that the fund will be profitable, nor a minimum return. For more details, kindly visit the website:Introduction to Cash Plus-moomoo Help Center Thank you for your support and have a nice day ahead!
Soo L Yun Moomoo Buddy : We all know it is non guaranteed. We are asking why was it negative. Was it because of NAV drop significantly? or was it because of some one off expense etc. Your replies doesnt seems to answer the question.
Moomoo Buddy Soo L Yun : Dear client, got your feeling now, you can kindly contact us through 'Me-Customer service-Online inquiry/Phone inquiry' for further check. Thanks for your support and have a nice day ahead!
Cloudy Season Soo L Yun : Just guess. Moomoo/Fullerton needs to pay the difference of 5.8% which it promised after 30 days. Yesterday was approximately when people reached 30 days. Just a guess.
101625865 : Not true as the cut off date to earn the 5.8% is 23 Jan
yooooz OP Cloudy Season : But the difference to 5.8% is paid out of moomoo’s own pocket, not the funds pcoket right?
