how long does it take for everyone to redeem their funds before it is withdrawable and successfully transfers out to your bank account? i saw its suppose to be t+1 but i redeemed the fund on a wednesday evening, its already monday and it hasnt even transferred out to my bank account. very disappointing experience and lost of opportunity cost!

Dadacai : The money doesn’t go directly to your bank account. It will be in your moomoo account by Fri 8pm (may get it in the afternoon) and you can withdraw it during office hours.

FYI:
1. If you redeem before 12:00 on T(Friday), your redemption SGD amount will become withdrawable by 20:00 T+1 (Monday).
2. If you redeem after 12:00 on T(Friday), your redemption SGD amount will become withdrawable by 20:00 T+2 (Tuesday).
3. If you selected to withdraw to your debit card, it will be transfered to your bank account on next working day.
