Dadacai : Did you read the TnC as it is mentioned there the coupon for the difference will be sent within 7 business days. This is provided your net deposit (total deposits minus withdrawals from 1 Feb 10PM onwards till today) is at least 10K. When the coupon arrives, “use” it and the cash will be credited in 1-3 working days to your moomoo account.
