$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (SG9999005961.MF)$ since the value of an unit is determined by the nav and based on the positive returns, i am assuming the nav is increasing everyday. if we use RSP or invest at interval, arent we always getting lesser and lesser units with every passing subscription? same for smartsave, if i put money and then redeem to buy shares and when i sell and resubscribe again, technically i am getting lesser units of this cash fund, which then lowers my daily return. is my understanding correct?

Dadacai : Yes, you are right. If the NAV keeps increasing, you get fewer units for the same dollar of invesment.
Just Born Dadacai : Does this mean that for redemption, you will not get full net asset value of subscription?
Dadacai Just Born : If the NAV at redemption doesn’t drop below the average cost of the units, it should not be.
103913738 : But how do we know the number of nav units. When I try on the redemption option it’s just showing the amount which I used for the subscription. So does it we can’t see the units?
102159413 OP : so far i have not seen the units owned
Dadacai 103913738 : You can check your statements. They are sent to your email as well as accessible at Account > More > Statements. When you try to redeem, the figure is the value of your units as of the NAV the day before so there may be adjustments afterwards.
