Fund Investment in H1 and Outlook in H2 and beyond
1) I don't reveal my portfolio due to privacy reasons. Here are some of my P/L in June:
2) My ideal fund investments are$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (SG9999005961.MF)$and$CSOP USD Money Market Fund (SGXZ96797238.MF)$. This is because the 2 funds have liquidity flexibility (T+0). I can invest in stocks and options immediately after redeeming the funds. The returns are so far positive and revenue is issued daily. On average, the returns are about 4% if I include fund coupon rewards earned from Moomoo's events and promotions which is much higher compared to most high interest saving deposit. I also tried HSBC Ultra Short Duration Bond$HSBC GIF Ultra Short Duration Bond MDis (LU2334458192.MF)$or$HSBC GIF Ultra Short Duration Bond MDis (LU2334455339.MF)$to utilize some fund coupons - so far the returns are positive. 3) My outlook for H2 is mixed. I am bullish that stocks related to AI chips will continue to bring rally (Nvidia,$Broadcom (AVGO.US)$,$Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$etc). Stocks whose companies are expanding its AI technology will also ride the AI hype (Meta, Alphabet, Microsoft etc). I am bearish because Fed continues to delay rate cut and quantitative easing create uncertainty to the stock market. 4) I take long position for my investment hence looking beyond H2 to 2025 is important. I am looking at value stocks of companies integrating quantum computing with AI (Nvidia, Microsoft,$IonQ Inc (IONQ.US)$and$D-Wave Quantum (QBTS.US)$).

:
It's difficult to compare the two as the return calculated is based on historical record - the projected % yearly annualised return is only an estimate and not fixed. As of today, Cash Plus Fund has a higher return but who knows what will happen a year later. The reason I bought the HSBC Bond is to use a Fund coupon reward given by Moomoo. Do note that for Funds and Bonds, principal is not guaranteed so DYODD if you want to subscribe.
Bitcorn : How much did u put inside Fullerton SGD cashplus?
Souxiesue : This is the first comment I see about these “bond MDs” you know where I can read and learn about this trading ?
ZnWC OP Souxiesue : Read here: Fund Multi-data List
mskwaryk : so you invest 10k and get daily returns?
Strawberry shortcake : Hi how do you compare HSBC bonds n Sgd Cash fund ? If I have 10k to park 1 year , which will give me best returns ?
