FANCY PANTS : Unlikely to be profitable. Initial investment of machines, construction, remodeling and advertising is going to take a long time to recoup. Doesn't make sense just to get a couple dollars especially when you've got competitors like Round1, Dave & Busters, etc.
Turning empty screens into video game arenas would be a better idea with less investment. Hook an Xbox up to the projector and you're done.
