Between SS’s having unlimited shares ( naked shorts ) and MM’s holding price down on lots of runners by routing 40-50%+ of volume off exchange to hold price down / Hide true price discovery! I truly hope the new administration does something to stop, or at least cut it back some! The cheating is just so blatant and obvious at times! Grrrrr! GL
