Kinwah. $GAMUDA (5398.MY)$ Announced that it has been awarded a contract of 0.243 billion Australian dollars (about 0.72 million ringgit) by the Queensland state government in Australia, mainly responsible for providing services for the Boulder Creek wind farm project.
The company filed with the Malaysian Stock Exchange on Friday, and today it was awarded contracts by Aula Energy and CS Energy, both Australian energy companies, with one of them directly controlled by the Queensland state government.
According to the announcement, the construction commencement date will be at the end of 2024, and it is expected to take 33 months to complete.
Jinwu Da is mainly responsible for 38 turbines, with a power generation capacity of 228 megawatts, aiming to support Queensland in achieving half of its total electricity supply from renewable energy sources by 2030.
Due to entering a period of rising contracts, Jinwu Da's stock price has frequently surged, rising by 90% over the past 12 months.
