1M65 OP : cause the problem is for Baba, u receive no / limited dividends whilst waiting for it to improve. Risk is higher then rewards.
must as well put it in Link REIT which is safer and comes with dividends whilst waiting for the turn around.
moreover w Trump coming into power, Link REIT will drop so you buy in at a better price, good upside and dividends whilst waiting for the turnaround
