In other words, if the merger is reversed, this dividend will disappear

I think it's safe to sell through without missing out on that
However, despite this corporate deficit, stock prices have risen modestly since the beginning of this year, so I wonder if they continue to receive dividends with expectations that something else might hold...
Be prepared to drop at least $1 or more on the day it falls.
