Great Potential
Saw a lot of comment below that is downplaying Intel performance vs Nvidia.
What people fail to realise is Intel is following what the US is telling it to do. Basically built multiple foundries in USA. This is why a lot of their expenses was aimed at expansion of foundries instead of RnD. Nvidia basically focused on RnD as they have no manufacturing means.
But Intel is not that far behind as well in AI, they have released their AI chip for servers already at a much lower price.
The game changer here is manufacturing will be based in US, priorities will be given to Companies that can make semicon in USA.
This is why US gov is investing a lot in Intel and Micron.
This stock is gauranteed to bounce once the sites open. Expected start of opening by September 2024. I highly expect after the sites open, Intel will use revenues of manufacturing to divert back to RnD.
They have basically formed a company that can design and manufacture chips from Start to finish. This is the biggest strenght of Intel, and defacto what the US gov wants
