Trytosaveabit OP MDR81 : Yes just what I posted! They are liquidating the company! And Nasdaq said they were being delisted and the company said they are not appealing!

They are designed to die off once their drug candidates either finish trials and get sold, fail trials and game over, or they simply run out of cash to burn. It's very important to keep an eye on asset vs debt ratio on bio-tech company. Any data where debts far outpace assets means the company is circling the drain
