Similar to Jaiko, these are all stocks that entered Russell after closing 6/28, but the 6/28 turnover is unreasonable...
I wonder if that means that a purchase was made in anticipation of index purchases coming in? I'm not sure, but it looks like they didn't respond to generic sales approval after all.
