Half Year Review 2024
The counters that have performed well in my portfolio are $DBS Group Holdings (D05.SG)$, $OCBC Bank (O39.SG)$ , $Apple (AAPL.US)$ and $Singtel (Z74.SG)$. Reits are still down. The banks have been reaching ATH and so has surprisingly SingTel. Kudos to the current SingTel CEO. I am not selling my bank counters as they are for the long term. Banks will only do better when interest rates come down as loans will go up and dividends will continue to grow.
