Hall County District Court upholds eviction of AMC Theaters from Conestoga Mall

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — The Hall County District Court has affirmed the decision by the Hall County Court ordering a movie theater to leave the Conestoga Mall.

WOODSONIA FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST AMC THEATERS

In a ruling issued Friday, District Court Judge Andrew Butler affirmed the County Court’s ruling to evict AMC Theaters from the Conestoga Mall after the mall’s redeveloper, Woodsonia, terminated its lease.
