We love to bring our kids to Singapore's National Day every year, whether it's an event hosted by our neighborhood community or a big celebration not far away. We usually don't miss big celebrations where we can buy tickets or draw tickets. Although it's crowded, you probably won't be able to play many games, but to be honest, it doesn't matter what you play. Take the kids to see the scene, feel the atmosphere, and focus on participation.
I've always believed that a sense of identity and belonging is very important to everyone. Where does the sense of identity and belonging come from? The civic classes in normal schools, the subtlety of the surrounding environment, and the teachings of parents at home are all important parts of building children's sense of identity and belonging. On the night of Saturday, August 3, we went to the celebration in the Nanyang Neighborhood Community. Tickets were only 3 yuan. There was food, drinks, ice cream, coupons for kids' favorite games, and a chance to play Lucky Draw. My son bought 10 tickets in one go and invited 2 of his best friends to play the game live. Our whole family gave them all the game coupons on the tickets. I don't think that was enough. We also bought a few game coupons on site. Hey, are boys socializing just playing games together
There was a dragon and lion dance performance on the scene. The loud noise of gongs and drums, ah, my little heart beat along with the gongs and drums.
The atmosphere at the event that night was very lively. If you weren't there, it was hard to feel that excitement. Many elderly people burst into tears as they sang. I think this is probably also the reason why many people are willing to spend a lot of money to watch the singer's concert instead of watching the show at home. I recorded a short singing session. Everyone can experience it. Whether male or female, young or old, whether the pitch is low, or the five notes are incomplete, they are seriously singing along. Although no one has any professional singing skills, that feeling can be directly conveyed to the bottom of the heart.
This activity starts at 6 o'clock and ends at 10 o'clock. It requires a certain amount of physical strength and energy. I was a little tired halfway through, so I went home to rest. My husband took the kids to the end and continued to open Lucky Draw. Halfway through, 20 small prizes, and 10 grand prizes at the end. It is said that the prize money is quite high. Although none of our numbers won the lottery, the kids all had a lot of fun eating and having fun. They said they would have to buy tickets to play this year
