digimonX : Actually, AMD & HPE won this contract to build El Capitan for US Dept of Energy back in 2020. It took a few years to build this supercomputer & they have just completed it.

AMD has other supercomputer projects in the works, for example 2 with University of Stuttgart to be delivered in 2025 & 2027 respectively. Contract was awarded in 2023.
