Here's the deal
$ARCA biopharma(ABIO.US$ will pay a dividend to pre-merger ARCA stockholders of approximately $20 million immediately prior to the close of the merger. So that will be $4.00 a share dividend and then your new orca shares will be worth about $2.50 a share. So a net gross of around $6.50 per share. They filed the paper work to start the transaction tomorrow.

Mcsnacks H Tupack OP silverelf : Their report said they only had 9.4 million shares to convert and that they had 32 million in cash. That 20million was just an estimate that was used.
