The San Francisco-based venture firm has been a longtime investor in Reddit, taking part in all of its funding rounds since it wrote a check for the company's Series C. Vy Capital, a Dubai-based investment firm founded by Alexander Tamas, first invested in Reddit's Series C, and took part in every subsequent round, according to PitchBook data. Vy is one of the secretive firms that backed Elon Musk's bid to buy Twitter, Bloomberg reported and has built stakes in several of Musk's ventures, like SpaceX and Neuralink. The firm funneled over $125 million into Reddit in its Series E and F funding rounds, according to the company's S-1 filing.

Huffman co-founded Reddit alongside then-college roommate Alexis Ohanian in 2005 after the pair were accepted into startup accelerator Y Combinator's first-ever class. He sold Reddit to Condé Nast in 2006 and left the company's top spot in 2009 to build the travel startup Hipmunk— only to return to Reddit as CEO in 2015. Huffman sold 500,000 Class A shares in the company's IPO, priced at $34 per share, making him $17 million.
Jen Wong, Reddit COO: $75.7 millionHer stake is: 1,609,822 Class A shares
Wong has led Reddit's operations since 2018. Before joining Reddit, she spent two years as the COO of media company Time, where she oversaw digital publications including People, Fortune, and Sports Illustrated, and served for four years as lifestyle brand Popsugar's chief business officer. She currently sits on the boards of iMax, Marfeel, and Discover Financial Services. Wong sold 514,000 Class A shares in the IPO, which amounted to about $17.5 million.
Drew Vollero, Reddit CFO: $10.8 millionHis stake is: 229,483 Class A shares
Vollero became Reddit's first CFO in 2021. He previously served as the CFO of security firm Allied Universal and tech company Snap. Before that, he held corporate strategy and finance leadership roles at toy manufacturer Mattel for 15 years. Vollero sold 76,494 shares in the IPO, which amounted to about $2.6 million.
Michael Seibel, Reddit board member and Y Combinator group partner: $7.1 millionHis stake is: 151,697 shares (120,000 Class A shares and 31,697 Class B shares)
A successful founder in his own right, Siebel joined Y Combinator in 2013 after co-founding Justin.tv — now known as Twitch, sold to Amazon for $970 million — and guiding video-sharing app Socialcam to a $60 million exit. In 2013, he became the prestigious startup accelerator's first Black partner, inking deals for Cruise, Blluesmart, and Scentbird.
YC and Seibel recently announced he was returning to his role as group partner and handing over his leadership responsibilities. He joined Reddit's board in 2020 after cofounder Alexis Ohanian resigned in the wake of George Floyd's murder. Seibel is the first Black board member in Reddit's history.

Gale became Reddit's first female independent board member in 2019. She most recently served as the chief marketing officer of wedding planning site Joy. Before that, she was the chief marketing officer of financial advisory company Personal Capital.

Sauerberg is vice chair of Reddit's board of directors, and from 2016 to 2019, he was the CEO of Condé Nast, which purchased Reddit in 2006.
