Hi I also subscribed a few times during weekends but did not the $3 cash rewards. Upon checking, you must deposit directly from bank card then subscribed, then you will get the cash rewards. I deposited first and subscribed through prime account, then they said I am not eligible. First the promotion never said clearly, second I didn't see such prompt to subscribe via bank card then will receive the Cashback. Third, isn't it the same if you deposit to prime account and subscribe from funds from prime account. I find moo moo is rigid in their promotion. Now waiting for their Manager to call me.

Dadacai : If you click on the i icon, you would see the picture below. Many others understood the promotion. The promotion is to let customers try the function whereby you can subscribe directly using bank funds instead of having to do two steps. If you misunderstood, just link up your bank account and subscribe again by selecting your bank account. It’s no big deal right? Btw, prime account is the term used by Tiger not moomoo.
