Views 362K Contents 36

Historical trend

If history is of any indication, the month of September could bring some pressure to the US stock market

According to FactSet, for the last 10 years, the S&P50 has declined an average of 2.3%. This makes September the worse month for the index for that time period.

As for the last 4 Septembers, the losses have been -4.9%, -9.3%, -4.8%, and -3.9%.
