$NuCana(NCNA.US$ Its a lot of work trading and posting. especially breaking Lvl’s and DD! I posted this swing on President’s day 2/19. Its had over 18K views. And today it went over 150%! So either all 18K+ took no position? Or they are to embarrassed to even say thanks? It seems ive also attracted a lot of attention from Short seller that now follow. There is a few that have been far more than gracious and i thank them from the bottom of my heart when they have left me know they did well! And thats all i ask was to know that me taking the time, and trust me it takes a lot of time to DD, Chart for lvl’s and post breaking news! Plus conduct my own trades! Not being a ass but why keep doing it if its not beneficial to anyone? GL and big profits to all![]()

Workingsmart : I made 4 sh*t trades today as a beginner trader and lost about 1.4k. I honestly thank you for the analysis and the help you share here on the community. I actually had a question in mind, how come you chose $Regulus Therapeutics (RGLS.US)$ I put my trades today in companies that published earnings and most of them were losers and one broke even. So why RGLS that went up crazy?
Trytosaveabit OP Workingsmart : First you’re very welcome! Most will get a price increase until earnings then when they actually come out the price drops! Unless earnings is really great! But the guidance that put out makes a difference as well! So if you go back and look at my post in the chat for NCNA that I posted on Presidents’ Day 2/19! You will see a lot of why I took a swing trade position here! Today’s patent being granted was just a great surprise! I technically was waiting for pipeline data! But now I will wait for this to settle and buy in for a swing again because the original PR I’m waiting for is still to come! GL
skinnydippi Workingsmart : Follow the trend go where the high volume is. Jump in and back out. I made money on $Regulus Therapeutics (RGLS.US)$ . Could of stayed in longer and made more but I lose when I do that
Workingsmart skinnydippi : Thx. I can’t seem to find the balance when to stay or get out too. I guess it will take time for me. I am trying to make my own stock screener on trading view that detects stocks with sudden changes in volume and price. Any method to do that? I missed around with the filters but it shows good stocks with some weird ones that has no movements. So I need to apply more filters to get it cleared out. Any help would be appreciated.

Trytosaveabit OP Workingsmart : If I may throw this out there! First don’t worry about home runs! Use cost positioning and stick to it! Try to focus on 15%+ wins! Or if the chart and volume shows it is going higher! Then start scaling out some profit on the way up! That way it’s yours and you can leave some shares in and sell a bit more as it goes up more! Also decide your trade? Is it a day trade, a swing trade? Or even a scalp trade? All have different criteria for how you trade it! But constant 15,25% wins will build your account faster than trying to hit all 75,100%+ trades! Also keep emotions out of it! They will get you to say either, if I sell it might go higher? Or , if I just wait it will turn and go back up? Both will cost you! Also it’s easier to sell at a 6/10% loss and make it back on the next trade versus holding on hope and it drops 20%+ more! Now you don’t want to sell because of large loss! There is lots more! But digest some of this and GL
