First of all, from my perspective, I believe that this year the December anomaly will not hold. Unfortunately, November was too strong 💦 I expect a rate cut at the FOMC meeting, but I am mainly focused on the caution of interest rate increase due to the upward revision in September ⚠️
First, let's talk about the bond yield. Well, it seems that the current interest rates are rising, and the MACD has also crossed the Golden Cross ✝️ I think there is room for further increase until around 3.5. If it breaks that level, we might see 4.5, which could lead to a phase of stock adjustment, especially for small-cap stocks 💦
Taking that into account, for the S&P 500, the upward pressure is weakening 💦 I think we should consider a temporary pullback to around 6000-5900 💦
The key with SOXX is how to break out of this significant consolidation... It's still difficult to go long or short... If you're looking for something short-term, playing with MSTR's Bull & Bear ETF might be more straightforward and profitable, so I am mainly focusing on that 👀 I currently hold shares in about three small-cap companies, but I might consider selling them for rebalancing 💰
