Hong Kong stocks ascended this morning

At open, $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ ballooned 209 pts or 1.2% to 17,726; $Hang Seng China Enterprises Index(800100.HK)$ climbed 73 pts or 1.2% to 6,071; $Hang Seng TECH Index(800700.HK)$ shot up 38 pts or 1% to 3,864.

Chinese property developers rebounded. $EVERGRANDE(03333.HK)$ rallied 5.5%. $CHINA OVERSEAS(00688.HK)$ and $LONGFOR GROUP(00960.HK)$ gained 2% each, while $CHINA RES LAND(01109.HK)$ and $SUNAC(01918.HK)$ opened 2.8% and 2.3% higher respectively. $COUNTRY GARDEN(02007.HK)$ opened flat at $0.84, after announcing that it has hired advisors to formulate capital structure and liquidity solutions.
