the first rule of the bubble is the extreme bullish sentiment and right now is the opposite, people are afraid they will lose money. Rich investors have sold NVIDIA. It is no longer a bubble.
Bubble is not defined because people believe it is. Bubble is defined as when almost everyone thinks it is safe no way it can go down. In this case you and a lot of people think it is a bubble, therefore reducing investment in it.
So it is no longer a bubble
