A few i can mention Intel, ASML, Taiwan Semiconductor, Samsung and perhaps also Micro Technology. They have also a machine from ASML ?Imec successfully prints the first structures.The first logic and dram structures on a wafer with a high-NA-EUV machine from ASML. This happened in the shared lab of ASML and Imec. These new EUV machines should become available for mass production next year.
The nano chips for 2035 are already being made in the laboratory. SO, another 11 years before this one hits the market. No bubble ! Extremely High technology at Quantum level.
