HOW can people be confident in $RIVN when they agreed to sell 0,5 billion DILUTED shares value to VW at 10,84$ plus another 0,5 billion by the end of the year ?

TeslaSmurf OP : PLUS a 4,5% interest in the money WV MAY invest more in the future but the only sure money is 1 Billion of DILUTED shares (paid by shareholders, who else?).  Plus there’s a BAD earnings result for Q2 coming soon.
I shorted it yesterday night at 18,87$ and got out today because it was a foolish overreaction of the market in the after hours: SOMEONE bought at the price I shorted
