new investor here, I am certainly feel like I am being played with, and I really entered the market at the wrong time. With recent geopolitical issues and bad news coming leading to substantial losses. Should've already sold it at 124 two days ago and buy it at a lower price to lower down my average cost, but I am certainly too stubborn to do so. I plan to leave it till I can at least make a profit out of it in long term.
But the Blackwell GPUs haven't even launched, and the recent earnings report is not related to NVIDIA. Why did it drop so much with 2 huge drops of 5-7% a day for the past 2 weeks.
I believe that AI is still very new and has great potential, but why the panic sell-off causing the market to crash further.

Will U buy a stock when there's bad news in the market? I don't think so right? Ever wonder, maybe the price for future chips was oredi baked in thus Nvidia had a meteoric rise. Now the price is having big discount, why not grab more along the way?

JonSnow : cause it hasn't been launched
Weixuan OP JonSnow : shouldn't it be when the product is launched and it's have not met expectations then the stock drops
Supremer : its a macro event, people using cheap japanese loan money are pulling out en mass, thats why all stocks are hit
