How to respond to the interest rate decisions of the Federal Reserve and the Bank of Japan?

The interest rate decision of the Federal Reserve is Bearish. If Japan's stance remains unchanged, the market is Neutral. However, assuming a hawkish attitude from Japan will lead to further market decline, we will liquidate long positions and start setting up short positions.
