How do we transfer BBBYQ shares to AST for direct registration?

trying to figure that one myself, only lead I have is that you need to transfer to another brokerage account that does? Fidelity recognizes MooMoo as a financial institution, but you’d need a “tax statement” from MooMoo to get through, then proceed to transfer out of MooMoo into Fidelity, then AST from there. Curious to know if anyone has tried it, maybe you can?
