Indeed, banks and trust funds are long-term investments. The risk of construction is relatively high because there are too many residential areas and shops in Malaysia. This is just my personal opinion. The success of construction depends on the scale and nature of the project. As for datacenters, they are often just derivatives and may not be suitable for long-term investment.
