Because the CEO is a scumbag stealing money from retail to line his own pockets. He has done it time and time again with multiple companies. I'm just trying to warn naive new investors before they get sucked in to this.
The company looks fine on the surface, but once you actually start looking into it, it's just hot garbage.
But yet some foolish people still think this is going to be the next Tesla or a quality short squeeze candidate.
Those who refuse to listen to facts deserve every cent they lose.

I understand how you feel and im with you, he might be sketchy asf, but at the same time who cares this is how the game is played..you win and loose..if people loose money is their own fault brother, not your business, not your money and at the end of the day nobody cares what we say..people are gonna do what ever they want no matter what I think instead of calling negative shit about muln put all that energy and spread some good positive shit!

Unfortunately you're right about people not caring what the bears have to say. The perma-bulls just block anything that makes them feel insecure.
I still think David deserves to be dragged through the mud and thrown in jail for fraud (which will happen with enough time). It is so frustrating seeing the airheads who think this stock is going to $100 or even $10. Sometimes this comment section is like trying to be a teacher in a special ed classroom.
Unfortunately the only way they'll learn is with delisting, their shares being stuck in OTC because you can't trade on MooMoo and the company eventually filing bankruptcy (after David scurries away with his bags of cash). Even then, there was a poll last week about how people would more if it gets delisted
Smart traders are playing the 10-20% swings. Long holders will be wrecked.
