On January 29, GLONGHAI Global Strategy Group (08007.HK) issued a notice regarding the details of the allocation of 91,172,000 shares. On 2024/1/29, the company signed a termination agreement with the allocation agency, and both parties agreed that the end dates of the allotment agreement and supplementary agreement (collectively called the “relevant agreement”) are 2023/12/19 and 2024/1/9, and it is said that they will take effect immediately. Accordingly, the company and the allotment agency will cease to have all rights and obligations under this agreement after January 29, 2024.
